Amazing Space is a Film Location Agency providing locations for films, TV dramas, commercials and photoshoots. We have recently expanded our portfolio to include guides to Wedding Venues and Film & Photography Studios. We are looking for a Location/Venue Coordinator to join our small and friendly team.

We are based in Fitzrovia, Central London and currently working three days a week in the office and two days at home

Job description

The Job Responsibilities Include:

• Liaising with Film Locations and Wedding Venues and building our portfolio
• Updating the Amazing Space websites with new locations and venues
• Writing film location and wedding venue descriptions
• Writing Blogs
• Contributing to the Amazing Space social media
• Sending out newsletters and working on marketing projects
• Providing location suggestions for Production Companies and Location Managers based on shoot briefs
• Negotiating rates, hours, and filming areas with Location Owners, Location Managers and Producers
• Drawing up contracts & invoices for confirmed shoots

Essential Skills for the Role include:

• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and confident phone manner
• An interest in architecture and interior design
• Good creative and descriptive writing skills
• Office experience
• A passion for the Film & Events Industry
• Basic photography skills (helpful)

Salary from £26,000 plus bonus.
