If so, then Kids Cavern Customer service Advisor role could be perfect for you. In this role, you’ll be servicing new and existing customer enquiring via phone , Email & live webchat. You will need to display a professional, courteous and friendly demeanour at all times.

We're looking for a candidate who

• Has superb written communication skills, including impeccable spelling and grammar
• Displays proficient IT skills, including excellent typing ability, and is confident in dealing with enquiries .
• Shows an empathetic and positive attitude, ensuring that customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Self motivated with a keen eye for detail.
• You must be reliable , presentable & enthusiastic .

What you'll be doing

• Responding to enquiries from new and existing customers
• Informing of postage queries , returns , refunds etc
• Liaising with members of the sales team.
• Responding to email requests
• Problem solving
• Hours are 40 hours, fully flexible, 16 hours weekend

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

• customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Salary: £9.00-£10.42 per hour
