Full Job Description
Recra is working in partnership with a market-leading business, they are looking to add 7.5 Tonne drivers to their team on a permanent basis.

- Your day will typically start at 4.30 am and you will leave the site at 5 am, some days you could be back at 2 pm and on other days will be more 6 pm.
- The route will already be pre-planned for you.
- The van/lorry will already be loaded and you will be required to unload the items at the destination point.
- Scanning parcels on and off route to ensure tracking information is available to customers and colleagues.
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks to ensure everyone receives a timely and highly professional service.
- To succeed, you’ll need a full UK manual driving license covering vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes.
You’ll also need:
- A positive approach and the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30kg.
- Good timekeeping and customer service skills.
- A professional appearance and attitude.
- Confidence when dealing with people.
- The ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Flexibility with working hours.
- A good geographical knowledge of the area would be an advantage but is not essential.
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off.
