Job title: Floor Team Member

Location: Rockwater Branksome, BH13 6LP

Reporting to: Site Manager

Salary: £10.18 to £10.42 depending on age

Role: We are recruiting energetic, personable and passionate floor team members to be part of our team at Rockwater Shacks Branksome.

A Rockwater team member has a beaming smile, positive energy and a can-do attitude. You will be our guests' first impression and the face of our kioks/shacks.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, cheerful team player, with a passion for the hospitality industry. Working collaboratively with the team and guests to ensure service delivery and guest experience is of paramount importance. You must always focus on exceeding the expectations of the customer, and on providing the best possible experience.

Below is a list of the core responsibilities of the Floor Team Member:

• Be willing to learn and adopt the knowledge of food, drink and service.
• Ensure the service standards and timings are delivered at all times.
• Ensure that all areas of responsibility are maintained to high standards.
• Assist the management team in opening, operation and closing to the required standards.
• Work safely at all times, ensuring personal safety and safety of others, ensuring all items raised which may cause harm to guests, or other employees are addressed immediately.
• Working with all staff to ensure the development of customer relationships and the creation of loyal regulars
• Undertake any other reasonable requests from management.
• Have a proactive view towards promotions and sales and up-selling and coach and train the team in suggestive selling skills
• To be willing to learn and follow at all times:

The ideal candidate:

• Will have at least 1 years experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Will be motivated, confident, inclusive, open minded and drive.

Part-time hours: 20-30 hours per week
