Four Seasons Hotel Ten Trinity Square is looking for a Part Time Evening Turndown Attendant to join our team!

About Four Seasons Hotel Ten Trinity Square

The iconic former home of the Port of London Authority has been painstakingly restored and converted into a fabulous new Four Seasons Hotel. Located in the City of London and only an archers arrow away from the Tower of London. Ten Trinity Square will be a 100 room hotel, with 41 Four Seasons Residences. There building will also house an exclusive members club, two destination restaurants, one French and the other Asian as well as an all day dining restaurant and cocktail bar. The historic 'UN Ballroom' will be an exciting destination for both business and social events. The hotel will also feature an elaborate Spa and indoor pool.

The Turndown Attendant role:

The Turndown Attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level. The Turndown Attendant provides a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in .

The ideal Turndown Attendant will have:

  • At least one year’s experience as a Room/Turndown Attendant is preferred
  • Good communications skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile
