Kitchen assistant wanted - Japanese Sushi Ramen Restaurant - PT

We have a small sushi and ramen shop, we are looking for a Hot kitchen assistant.

Mainly, you will be covering the chef's day off. so working in the small kitchen on your own with guidance:

- Cooking Ramen noodle with the pasta cooker

- frying chicken katsu and spring rolls etc. using the deep fryer

- general cleaning

- general preparation; chopping vegetables, cut and pre-cook chicken etc.

We are looking for someone to mainly covering for the chef's day off, so 1-2 days a week, if you are the right candidate and would like more hours, we have some FOH shifts can be filled; customer service, using computer to input orders, packing food, making bubble tea etc.

We open 7 days a week, hours are 11:30-9:30pm. you will be expected to work all day, or either opening or closing shift. Times will be more flexible if you can cover different positions.

You will need to:

- have the right to work in the UK

- have previous kitchen experience

- have communication level of English

- willing to learn and have the can-do attitude
