Highways Project Manager

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Highways Project Manager on a permanent hybrid basis.

Senior Project Manager
£48,000 - £55,000
Hertfordshire – Hybrid

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Project Manager and have managed Projects through the complete lifecycle. You will be confident working with internal and external key stakeholders, leading the development and delivery of projects, developing relationships with internal and supply chain stakeholders and resolving problems. The ideal candidate will hold a Prince 2 / MSP certification, have worked with the public sector and have worked within Highways.

Key duties

• Commissioning and management of a range of consultants and contractors
• Proactively represent the client at a range of meetings with an ability to adjust the message appropriately to different audiences
• Lead on the engagement on project
• Report programme updates to senior officers and members
• Support shared learning across the team
• Strong personal resilience and ability to manage team delivering varied projects.
