Basic Qualifications

  • English language: excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Degree in economics or similar field (bachelor or master)
  • Alternatively: Working experience in accounting/admin

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working or studying abroad
  • SAP knowledge

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Taking care and handling of Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
  • Monitoring activities of Receivables (Customers Overdue monitoring, Dunning processes)
  • Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing financial information.
  • Documenting financial transactions by entering information to the company systems & ERP.
  • Administrating Employees Travel Expenses.
  • Administrating Employees data and Payrolls.
  • Preparing payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  • Timely deliverying all tax reports in cooperation with the tax consultant.
  • Corresponding with authorities, customers and suppliers, including Tax Consultants and Banks,
  • Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports as directed.
  • Taking care of the statutory audit in cooperation with local consultants.
  • Interfacing with all levels of Company employees,
  • Communicating and collaborating with Accounting team members.
  • Securing financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintaining customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Performing other duties from time to time as assigned.

  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
