About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our Security team based in Helensburgh, Argyll & Bute. This is a 12 month FTC (Fixed Term Contract), Part-Time role working 30 hours per week. We are flexible on days and times so those 30 hours could suit someone looking to work around school hours. We also support hybrid working so after a qualifying period you'd typically split your time 50/50 between home and office working.
You'll be joining a small team and some of your core duties will include but not be limited to:

- Monitoring and managing the Security team inbox
- Reviewing and issuing Security communications
- Managing applications for Security Clearances
- Dealing with incoming queries and requests
- Supporting the wider team with Security Administration tasks
Required skills, qualifications and experience
- Proven experience in an Administration role
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Highly organised and able to deliver to set deadlines
- Holds high level of professionalism at all times, ensuring high standards
- Experience with or capable of handling sensitive / personal information and data
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Lockheed Martin UK – Strategic Systems (LMUK SS) is the single contractor providing specialist Waterfront In-Service Support to one of the Royal Navy's Submarine Programs.
