Assistant Baker

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic baker with experience (whether commercially or from home baking ). As a friendly, family - run company we make sure to look after all our team, and offer great opportunities to learn new skills and progress within the company, through a structured training program. Advantage experience in baking sponges/ cupcakes/ cakes. Advantage will also be able to mix scones, cookies, salt doughs. Great detail of process and can manage the section alone during busy times. Maintain stock levels of his own section and coordinates well with other sections. Approachable and always happy to learn new products, ideally you will have:

-Experience in baking, but we will consider all applications who have not got the experience but have the passion to learn - we we can show you how!

- Good communication skills, along with an ability to work well in a team of people, our cake team is made up of over 15 decorators.

- Ability to work in fast - paced environment that is sometimes very busy

You will need to have and present the correct right to work documents for working in the UK to be employed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.41-£11.50 per hour
