Performance Marketing Manager

Hybrid (3 days at the office and 2 at home)

Cadent Sourcing is partnering with the best Irish online Sportsbook and Casino platform with plans to expand in North America and Europe as it has been rapidly growing over the past few years.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong knowledge of Google PPC specifically and of Digital Marketing as a whole, to develop and manage a PPC strategy, spot growth potential and develop the brand. A keen eye for detail and data analysis would be a winning trait for this role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing specifically in managing successful PPC campaigns.
• Experience in people management, being analytical and having a good understanding of ROAS.
• Good understanding of the Google advertising product suite.
• Capable of media planning and online advertising, experience with Google Ads 360 and Microsoft Bing Ads.
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of sports betting or the casino industry is an advantage.

The Role:

• Oversee and manage the execution of the digital advertising spend, monitoring campaign performance and optimizing to ensure that KPIs are achieved (Management of 2Milliom every year).
• Set up and manage Google PPC Search and Display paid advertising campaigns, social media and Video campaigns across various platforms, including Google and Facebook.
• Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
• Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS. Interpret results and implement strategies for improvement.
• Leading 2 Staff members.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
