Cornish InnsWe are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner, and helping to maintain a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Provide guidance and support to employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
- Analyse financial data to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement new procedures and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify training needs and develop training plans for employees.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
