Reception Supervisor Law Firm Salary up to £41,000
US Lawsupport ↗We are seeking an experienced Reception Supervisor for a City law firm to join their high-functioning and client-focused front-of-house team.
The role will see you managing the Reception team (3 members currently) and taking on full responsibility for the front-of-house provision, including the effective running of and managing the team, rota’s, recruitment, and service delivery. You will bring your expertise in the corporate reception field to the team and establish new ideas and ways of working to better improve the function as a whole.
The firm is keen to meet Receptionist Supervisors with around 1-2 years minimum reception supervisory experience in a Corporate Reception role, assisting with or leading the management of the team, and having a high level of customer service skills.
This position is paying £38,000 to £41,000 plus excellent benefits. The firm is based close to Blackfriars station.
