Job Description

Key responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing and updating product information, pricing, promotional offers, imagery, and content on various website platforms, including our websites and 3rd party stores (Shopify, eBay, etc).
  • Develop and implement a content-led and engagement-focused social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to enhance brand awareness, increase followers, and maximise website conversions.
  • Source new influencers and maintain relationships with existing ones to drive traffic to our websites and optimise conversions.
  • Identify opportunities for earned media coverage, such as stylists, magazines, and publications, to generate positive brand exposure through good news stories, client photoshoots, and product placements.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at maximising the Average Order Value (AOV) and Lifetime Value (LTV) of our customer base.
  • Expand our current affiliate program and explore new affiliate programs to attract publishers and drive targeted traffic to our websites.
  • Support our paid media agency in creating and managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook/Instagram ads, Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Pinterest Ads.
  • Improve organic website performance through content optimisation and explore opportunities for link building to enhance SEO.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure brand-centric product range and content creation aligned with the Rare London customer.
  • Manage data insight programs using analytics tools (GA, HotJar, Shopify, etc.) to uncover opportunities for improving the customer experience and overall online store performance.
  • Plan and execute A/B and M/V testing to optimise key performance metrics such as bounce rate, add to basket, basket-to-checkout, and final checkout.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • Possess a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/PR/Media.
  • Have experience in eCommerce.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for fashion and global trends.
  • Display a proactive and self-motivated approach with high energy levels.
  • Exhibit a keen interest in continuous learning and self-development.
