Pharmacy Counter Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity to join a well established independent pharmacy in Sheffield as a Pharmacy medicines counter assistant.

You will be ideally positioned to continue and extend the pharmacies great local reputation with both patients and prescribers whilst developing a very rewarding career.

The pharmacy currently offers a range of key NHS services whilst reaching into the new and developing pharmacy service market. This is an exciting time for the pharmacy and we would be keen to recruit a Pharmacy assistant who is driven to progress their career with our supportive training. Previous pharmacy experience is not essential as full counter assistant training may be provided for the right candidate.

You will join the pharmacy team at an exciting time to ensure the local population benefits from both NHS funded and private services. We expect you to be passionate about the key role that pharmacy plays within the NHS landscape and how collaborative working ensures the success of the pharmacy.

Our pharmacy is ideal opening hours and does not open over the weekend. We may occasionally require support over bank holidays although we ordinarily close during those holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32-36 per week

Salary: £10.60 per hour
